It's Me! Hi! I am Tiffany Rhea.

I make no apologies for the Taylor Swift gif I just shared. I don't know if you are as immersed as I am in the whole thing, but my 17 year old daughter and I certainly are, and we are okay with it.

I am excited to welcome you to this space. Welcome to Dream BuildHer, a network designed to connect women like you who dream big and make their dreams come true. It doesn't matter if your dream is to be a CEO of a fortune 500 company, a startup, or if you are a stay at home gal who is dreaming of financial freedom by using your awesome superpowers....there is room at the table for you.

If you are a gal who still dreams, but not necessarily about business, money but about things that speak to your heart and you want to make an impact in your world, you are welcome here too.

I have been fortunate enough to live out a few dreams of mine, as well as work hard toward other dreams that may or may not have come true, but either led me to something greater or taught me incredible lessons. We are constantly growing, evolving and developing. My dreams when I was 16 years old are far different from the dreams I have now as a 42 year old mom and soon to be wife (to the best man on this planet)!

We will spend a great deal of time together as I will be sharing inspiration, resources, stories from my own experiences and from my friends (and community), and we will have some fun too. Why? Because dreaming and watching those dreams become reality is supposed to be fun. Hard work, absolutely, but we women deserve to have some fun as we go after whatever our hearts desire!

We will talk about our relationship with ourselves and others as well. Mental and emotional health is vital. As women, we put a lot of pressure on ourselves to wear several hats and perform them to perfection, at the risk of our health and emotional well-being. Believe me, I want every woman to have her crown and wear it, but if we are burnt out, stressed beyond belief and unable to be fully present to what truly matters, something is off. I want my girls healthy, whole, happy, vibrant, and I am going to add this, I want my girls to make a lot of money killing it at what they do best.

I want freedom for you in every aspect.
